MJO Earthscience Services, Inc. (MJOES) has been providing consulting services to industry and government for the past 19 years by applying principles of geology, environmental chemistry, and governmental regulation to environmental aspects of litigation, property development, facility closure, site remediation, and waste management.
MJOES has assisted semiconductor manufacturing clients with the acquisition, development, cleanup or closure of approximately 8 million square feet of manufacturing and office space at multiple properties in the Bay Area. Individual projects included preparation of site assessments, facilities closure, soil and groundwater investigation, soil and groundwater remediation, future liabilities, and post remediation monitoring.
MJOES has extensive experience managing and supporting contractors during construction activities. Also of value may be our experience monitoring general contractors working near potentially contaminated areas, or in determining the environmental safety requirements needed by a contractor for a particular project.
