               with most local and State regulatory agencies.

∙   ASBESTOS AND LEAD MANAGEMENT
       ✓   Asbestos and Lead Based Paint (LBP) management is a complex and highly specialized field with a number of agencies

providing regulatory oversight. MJOES provides asbestos and LBP management through an affiliate (third party)

which specializes in these activities. These trained and certified professionals provide inspections, sampling,

abatement plans and specifications, abatement monitoring/oversight, air monitoring, and operation and maintenance

               plans.

∙   CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT
       ✓   Assist general contractors with understanding site soil and groundwater contamination issues.
       ✓   Assess environmental safety requirements needed by general contractors for a particular job.
       ✓   Proper assessment and disposal of construction soil and excavation dewater (groundwater).
       ✓   Emergency response for issues uncovered during construction (i.e. keep the project moving).

∙   FACILITY CLOSURE
       ✓   Preparation of Closure Plans for submission to State and local Regulatory Agencies.
       ✓   Tool and Facility Decontamination.
       ✓   Confirmation Sampling and Testing.
